Vinyasa Flow - All Levels with Jade Deiders

This is a practice that connects movement with breath. In doing so we quiet the mind and unite it with the physical body. In my flow classes we will explore our breath and how we can use it to unite our minds and bodies by moving through various yoga postures. Classes begin with a slow warm up, we gradually pick up the pace incorporating strengthening and balance poses before ending with some slow relaxing stretches. Modifications are offered for most shapes so that you can choose what is right for your body.
