I don’t require you to have your own insurance unless your event is larger than ~40 ppl OR you are serving alcohol. If serving alcohol to others, I require you to provide me with proof that you have listed "the Missing Corner, LLC" (Physical Address is: 1256 WA-141, White Salmon, WA 98672) as additionally insured on a liability insurance policy to these limits.

If you have are doing an event where someone could get hurt, getting insurance is a pretty good idea even if I don’t require it, especially if you have assets or deeper pockets.
You can purchase one time event insurance that covers alcohol, larger gatherings or any type of event here: https://www.eventsured.com/the-missing-corner. You can also choose any other insurance provider or even add me to an existing liability policy that you already have such as homeowners, business or renter’s policy. If you are signing up for one-time event insurance through eventsured, you don't need to email me a copy of your COI, they send me one directly. Noise Ordinances
We do have to be sensitive to the County Rules on noise nuisance. I have copied that below. It will be a good idea to alert with a courtesy call the local emergency management dispatch (509)7730582 and Sheriff's Office (509)7734455. This way if there is a complaint from the neighborhood from the party, they already know what is going on and can relay that to the neighbors.
